Seattle Magazine and Northwest Home & Garden contracted an independent Market Research Company, Crescendo Business Services, to administer a  rigorous "Best in Client Satisfaction" nomination process.

Over 33,000 recent homebuyers were asked to cast a ballot to identify Seattle's exceptional real estate agents. 

Based on the results, Seattle Magazine selected Martine and Jim  as Five Star Real Estate Agents, "BEST in Client Satisfaction", locally and nationally, in 2004, 2005, 2006 , 2007, 2008 and 2009.

The 5 star award is based  on their exceptional ratings in:
